Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision through a clear statement, for example by email or post:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. Sending your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function available on our website.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary return shipping within Germany.

Please contact us at davidkardel@sanssucre.studio to request a prepaid return shipping label. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal without requesting a label.

Please return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

We recommend carefully packaging the vase to protect it during transport. Original packaging is not required.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For returns from outside Germany, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Please contact us before returning an item for further instructions.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at davidkardel@sanssucre.studio.

Each vase is handmade and may feature individual variations in shape, colour, and finish. These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of the object.

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
