International Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary DHL standard shipping on all orders within Germany.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Each vase is carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation.
